Shipping & Returns
We strive to print, package, and ship out your new metal art within 24hrs of your order. Most of the time your art will ship out the same day of the order. Our shipping methods vary depending on your location but is usually done with UPS Ground or USPS and is Free to the contiguous U.S.
International, Hawaii, and Alaska Shipping:
Shipping outside of the lower 48 states is available upon request. Simply send us an email with your shipping address for an exact quote. Most international shipping will require additional custom and duties and will depend on your country.
Refunds & Exchanges
Luxe Metal Art wants to make sure you LOVE your item and we guarantee it. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please email our friendly staff at Help@EpicGraffiti.com along with your order number.
If something came in damaged or we made a mistake an shipped you the wrong item, let us know and we'll rush you a replacement right away.
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do so as long as the item has not shipped. Once the order is picked up by the shipping company we can not cancel it and you will have to send it back to us for a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with your art, you can ship it back to us for a full refund within 30 days of your order.
If something came in damaged, we will exchange right away at no additional costs to you. If you want to exchange your art piece for another or a different size, simply purchase the new art piece and ship us the unwanted one for a full refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
